In a large mature garden surrounded by flowers and with uniterrupted views of the sea, the Villa Marinella is a comfortable family house just a few minutes from Torre delle Stella where fresh pasta is made daily, and you can enjoy a peaceful holiday with plenty to see and do.

Villa Marinella is a spacious 4-bedroomed house, built on two levels, and tastefully furnished throughout in fresh Mediterranean blues and whites. One of a small, exclusive group of villas at Torre delle Stelle, the private secluded garden to one side of the villa has spectacular views overlooking the bay and is not overlooked, making it feel more like a detached property, and providing complete peace and privacy. A stairway from the garden gives private access to the beach below where you can swim.

The villa is approached from the covered parking area, through a communal entrance. Each level has two double bedrooms and a shower room - with 2 double beds, 2 singles and 2 bunk beds, the villa sleeps up to 8. There is a separate sitting room, dining room and kitchen, and for al fresco dining there is a balcony, terrace and veranda and a large brick-built Mexican-style barbecue in the garden. The villa is very well-equipped, including washing machine, dish washer, freezer and TV, and there is also a communal tennis court and a children's club with games on the residence. Linen and transport to and from the airport are available on request.

Should you tire of enjoying the views and relaxing in the sun amidst the flowers and sculputal rocks of the wild, Mediterranean-style garden, there is also plenty to do in the area including aqua-sports such as swimming, wind-surfing and diving, as well as horse-riding, fishing and canoe-kayak, so there really is something to please everyone.

Surrounding the ancient Saracen tower Torre de Su Fenugu, on a hillside overlooking the fabulous beaches is the chic resort of Torre delle Stella. With its restaurants, newsagent and two supermarkets that offer fresh fruit and vegetables along with hand made Sardinian specialities like Culurgiones and other sorts of fresh pasta (Pasta Fresca), the area is understandably popular with the rich and famous who take their summer holidays in the lovely villas dotting the coastline. There are lots of things to see and do including tennis, basetball, horseriding and diving. The port of Villasimius is just 20 minutes away and here you can moor your boat and maybe take a trip to the island of Serpentara.
